| Fasteners |
The ability to schedule and sequence production by fastener attributes such as diameter, grade, thread type, head markings, length. Attribute-based scheduling minimizes downtime due to setup and consequently reduces lead time and cost. |
| Forgers |
The ability to trace each forging operation by operation, not only to an ingot number, but to a specific cut off an ingot. For heat treating operations, traceability is provided to the specific furnace lots in which the forgings were treated. |
| Casters/Melt Shops |
The ability to have the system produce a melt/cast schedule based on the current demand in house. |
| Stampers |
The ability to report the tooling required to support current production schedules, highlighting potential conflicts in which a particular tool is required by multiple jobs concurrently, or in which there is insufficient lead time to reconfigure or repair a tool. |
| Atomizers |
The ability to track wall splash and other revert material generated at the furnace, and as a result of screening operations. Also, the ability to have the system produce an atomize schedule based on the current demand in house. |

The ability to predefine quality standards and have the system automatically know when you are out of tolerance for coating weight, plating thickness, etc. |
