AXIOM® Enterprise Resource Management System to Help Manufacturer of Self-Regulating Heater Cable Manage Rapidly Growing Business

Heat Trace Products, LLC, a leading manufacturer of self-regulating heater cable, has selected the AXIOM® Enterprise Resource Management System as the company’s business and manufacturing management system.

Heat Trace Products, LLC was formed as a stand-alone company in 2004 when it was spun off from Rockbestos Surprenant Cable Corporation, an AXIOM user since 1995. Since its start, the company has seen significant growth, with about 35 percent of sales coming from outside the United States in countries such as China, Russia, Japan, and Brazil.

Heat Trace Products, LLC is one of only four manufacturers of self–regulating heater cables and accessories world-wide. The company’s products are used in industrial, commercial, residential, and transportation applications for freeze protection, process temperature maintenance, and de-icing. The cables regulate their heat output in response to changes in temperature, and are used on pipes, fittings, valves, tanks and process equipment. Industries that use the cable include petrochemical manufacturers and food processors. Heat Trace Products, LLC is in the process of moving to new facilities with room for expansion in Leominster, MA.
