On-line Support Services
All AXIOM users on active maintenance agreements have 24x7
access to the online support services available on the secure
AX-US web site. This web site is managed by AXIS in cooperation
with the AX-US user group. In addition to user group membership
information, the following valuable services are available
through the AX-US site:
- Problem/solution database search provides direct
user access to all reported problems and available solutions.
E-mail problem submission is also available.
- Training class descriptions, schedule dates, and on-line
registration provide easy access to the information
needed for education planning.
- Access to documents such as release notices, data
dictionaries, standards, conceptual flowcharts, and more
provide AXIOM users with a wide range of readily available
resources 24x7.
In addition to the AX-US web site, the AXIS World News electronic
newsletter provides periodic notifications of product and
service updates, as well as user group activities.
